Welcome

I’m so glad you’re here! Reaching out for support is an act of courage and my goal as a therapist is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore, supported enough to grow, and understood enough to make meaningful change.

Portrait of Jared

My Approach

My approach is both relational and integrative. I draw from play therapy, Jungian and depth-oriented perspectives, and experiential methods to meet clients where they are. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and flexible and when we build understanding together rather than follow a rigid formula.

For children, I use the language of play to help them express themselves creatively and authentically. For adults, I create space to reconnect with intuition, creativity, and the parts of themselves that have been buried under stress or expectation.

Why I Do Play Therapy

My path into therapy grew from both professional curiosity and personal experience. Over the years, I’ve had a front-row seat to the power of how true connection including patience, play, and genuine understanding can open doors that once felt closed. As a parent, I’ve also seen firsthand how differently people experience the world, and how transformative it can be when they’re met with understanding rather than pressure to conform.

These experiences deepened my empathy for the families I work with and strengthened my belief that healing happens in relationship, when we feel accepted, supported, and understood exactly as we are. Growth is rarely neat or predictable; it’s often quiet, nonlinear, and full of small victories that add up to something profound. Those moments continue to remind me why this work matters.

My Philosophy

I believe therapy is not about fixing people, it’s about remembering and rediscovering who they are. Every person carries wisdom, strength, and the capacity to heal within themselves; sometimes they just need a safe space and a compassionate witness to help them find it again.

Healing is both brave and deeply human work. It asks us to face what feels uncomfortable while also holding on to hope and imagination. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and presence as you rediscover your own rhythm of healing.

When not in session, Jared enjoys spending time with his family, being in the outdoors, exploring stories and films about meaning and transformation, and continuing to learn through curiosity and creativity.

Helping you reconnect with your authentic self.

Full Spectrum Counseling is a place for exploration, healing, and growth. We provide therapy for children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, or communication challenges such as selective mutism.

Our work is rooted in play therapy, relational depth, and Jungian understanding of the self. We value creativity and authenticity, helping clients discover the unique ways they can express, connect, and thrive.

Here, therapy is not about fixing what is broken. It is about rediscovering what has always been whole.
